I think the challenge should be a little of each of these but over all to look better naked, when we dress clothes have a. tendency.t to mask our true bodies but if our goal is to look better naked then we can do a combined effort of all the challenges.so. we exercise change eating habit and encourage each other.

Hello Ladies! I have a request. I am in dire need of a weight loss training partner. I am 56yo, 5’6 tall and 180lbs. I would like to get down to around 160-165lbs. Those 15-20 pounds may not seem like a big challenge to some, but for me, it has been the hardest thing to stay motivated. I would like someone who has determination and drive( the very things I don’t have) I have some serious fatigue issues(sounds better than lazy huh?)and really need someone to take on this challenge with me. Our reward? Both getting into something we now wish we could fit. A size eight would do it for me. What about you? :-))
