Let’s show some BWLW love to Wendy. She lost 40 pounds by working out, drinking water, not eating after 7pm and cutting out junk food.
“Hi! I’ve been inspired by everyone on this [Facebook] page. I’ve been on the weight loss wagon and off the wagon. I do Crossfit 4 days a week and Jillian Michaels DVDs at night. Water is my drink of choice and I don’t eat after 7 pm. My motto: I’m off the couch and I didn’t die trying! Lol
I purchased smaller plates to eat out of. I cut out all junk food and I substituted carrots for chips and water for a coca-cola. I pray and meditate on the word every morning. That’s all. I chose to work out after my divorce. Once it started to fall off. I was hooked and I haven’t looked back yet. I’m getting ready to start lifting weights next month so wish me luck.
