Update: We shared Ruby‘s amazing weight loss story back in 2013 and she sent us an update to let us know that she’s lost 70 more pounds.
I went from a size 28 to a size 7 and even my shoes size is a size smaller. I have released 205 pounds in 1 year and 4 months and I feel amazing. My energy is through the roof and my performance is amazing. I’m just so blessed! I have learned that with God anything is possible when you have faith in his word, determination and focus. Thank you so much for you support.
I changed my life and started putting organic nutritious and delicious food in my body and cleansing to detox my body of all the toxins. We get toxins everyday from the air, lotion, foods and the water we drink. Even when we eat clean, we have to still cleanse. I also learned that you have to eat!!!! I suggest at least three meals of 400-600 calories. They should be low glycemic, balanced and healthy meals with two 150 calories snacks. Drink plenty of water, 8 ounces glasses at least 8 times a day.
Make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Sweat!!!! I love to sweat!!! You have to challenge yourself to do things you never did before. I power/ speed walked 18 miles on Sunday for the 1st time and it was amazing. I did it under 4 hours. Woooo hoooo!! In 2015, I want to do a marathon hopefully with my daughter, Tosha. I also desire to bulk up just a little in 2015 [strength training].
Everyday of my life, I want to help everyone I meet and know to reclaim their health in hopes of them living a happier, longer and more healthy life, the life God gave us to enjoy. I know this is what God helped me reach my goal to release 200 pound for, so why wouldn’t I share with everyone I can. I’m so blessed to be a blessing too others letting them know that they can do it. I’m so thankful and oh so very grateful too God for guiding me too Isagenix products because they have changed my life, I will never be the same. Thank you, Jesus!

Hi Eulundia, You have to do your research and choose a plan of action. There is no one size fits all way to lose weight. If you are looking for a plan, there are tons of programs, books and plans out there. If you need one on one help, I’d suggest Weight Watchers or hiring a nutritionist. I also suggest seeing your doctor to make sure you don’t have any health issues that would make weight loss more challenging. For most people, the first step is cleaning up your eating habits. There are great free tools, like sparkpeople.com and myfitnesspal.com that can help you get started.
We post these stories to show that weight loss is possible for women of various circumstances, ages, etc. We want people to be inspired, but the truth is that each of these women did the work to figure out what works for them.
