Update:
What is your current weight? 155 pounds
How have you maintained your weight loss/continued to lose weight?
I did it by continuing to focus on a protein-heavy diet (approx 80 grams of protein per day) and working out 4-5 times a week, combining cardio and resistance or weight training.
Looking back on the lessons you’ve learned on your journey, which one stands out the most?
Consistency is key. Take every day one step at a time. Even if you “mess up,” just start again.
Would you like to offer any new or different advice to women who want to lose weight?
I recently had a tummy tuck and liposuction, and I love my new body. If you’re considering plastic surgery,
- DO YOUR RESEARCH.
- Be sure that you feel comfortable with your surgeon and ask all the questions you need.
- Read reviews—prioritize safety and results over cost.
