Weight Loss Story: Toylice lost 50 pounds. She was inspired by the stories of others who’ve lost weight and now she’s also found success on her journey.
I lost 50 pounds. I was motivated to lose weight because of my low self-esteem and depression. I was really inspired by anybody who was losing weight and eating right. I changed my eating habits by eating veggies, more fruit and drinking more water. I cut out all sugars, bread and didn’t drink any soda at all. I also downsized my portions. My workout routine is to exercise everyday, whether it was walking or running. My starting weight was over 200 pounds and my current weight is 150 pounds. I’m 5’8″ tall so my weight evens out.
