IF you are on Facebook and you know how to use Google, you should be able to find, modify, or come up with your own plan for weight loss. If you are not willing to invest some time to learn about what healthy food is and what exercise routine works for you (and your health issues) then I question whether you really want to lose weight. Obesity and your health are too serious for you to say “I don’t know what to do.” and do nothing. Get out of your feelings and get online, to the library, and or bookstore.
How do you know what works? You may say, “I don’t want to waste my time doing something that doesn’t work.” Well, I say that doing NOTHING is what is really wasting your time so stop doing nothing first.
When I post the daily before and after photos, so many people want to know what those ladies have done and most of the time what they did is posted. My question: How many ladies are writing that information down and taking action on it? I can give you 6-7 great plans for losing weight but if you don’t take action on it, what do you gain? Information alone will not make you lose a single pound. You don’t need a new plan, you need to find out what works for you as an individual and be willing to deal with trial and error as your eat better, exercise, etc. There is no one size fits all diet plan, but I believe that YOU can find a lifestyle, a healthy way of living, that will work for you.
There are tons of books, free websites, free information, rules, and theories out there that people have used to lose weight. You can’t wait for someone else to hand you the plan. Do your research on how to eat healthy. Figure out what types of exercise you can commit to for 3-4 days per week in the beginning and work up in intensity. Find out if you have health issues. Take your own health into your own hands and be accountable for finding answers that work for YOU!
