What was your motivation?
Being a mother of four, I just got tired of having low self-esteem, feeling big, and not having any energy to play with my kids.
So I began by changing my eating habits. I cut out sugary drinks and junk food. For exercise, I did cardio twice a day. It took me about six months to drop the weight.

I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
What did your workout routine consist of?
I did HIIT cardio, push-ups, burpees, and jumping jacks.
How many days a week did you work out?
I worked out six days a week.
What is your height?
I’m 5 feet, 3 inches tall.
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I began my journey in February 2021.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I learned that if you want something bad enough and commit your mind to it, you can achieve anything.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
It’s a life-changing journey. Stick to it, and don’t give up.
