When did you start your weight loss journey?
I started my journey back in July 2020. I switched up my eating habits and lost over 80 pounds.
I went cold turkey and just jumped right in it. I started to see an amazing transformation in my body. I was like, “Ok, you got this!” After about six months into my journey, I started walking every day for 30 days straight. It really became a lifestyle.
What was your motivation?
My motivation was my mom, who was diagnosed with colon cancer. So I switched up my mindset and went for it.
How did you change your eating habits?
I’m now a Vegan and plant-based eater. I no longer eat meat.
What is your workout routine?
My workout routine consists of cardio, bike riding, walking, weight training, and skating. I also do a lot of walking.

How often do you work out?
I work out 4 to 5 times a week.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 230 pounds. My current weight is 163 pounds.
What is your height?
My height is 5’4″.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No. I did it naturally with no special teas or surgery: just hard work and consistency. So I don’t plan on having any surgery.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I learned is that the mind is very powerful. So if you want it, make it happen. I’m happy to be an inspiration to many women. I’m also inspired by other people that I follow.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
To all the women out there who think they can’t stay focused and consistent, I would say that focus and consistency are what have gotten me here today. Consistency is key.
