Terri lost 40 pounds. She wanted to improve her health and alleviate her knee pain. Weight Watchers and lots of cardio did the trick. Check out her story.
What was your motivation?
After I received a diagnosis from my doctor in reference to my health and the pain in my knees, I decided to join Weight Watchers. Since January 2018, I have lost 40 pounds. I am down almost 2 sizes. I feel great now, and my knee pain is minimal. What inspired me to keep going was seeing the results along the way.
How did you change your eating habits?
I eat small potions. I cut out the sugar, red meat and unhealthy snacks. I started out with 49 points a week and 29 daily. The number went down as I lost weight. I am no longer on Weight Watchers. My mind and body is now trained to eat healthy.
What does your workout routine look like?
I did cardio daily on the treadmill. I look forward to toning. Weight training is up next.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
I started at 239 pounds. Now, I am under 200 pounds… 199lbs to be exact. My height is 5’8″.
