This is my transformation after 30 days of Keto! I just celebrated my 47th birthday. Now, I have the energy I had 20 years ago! My current weight is 147 pounds, and my height is 4′ 10″.
What inspires you to keep going, even when you want to give up?
I feel so much better. I’m off of two of my three high blood pressure medications and my night sweats are gone! The weight loss is a BONUS… a fantastic bonus!
How did you change your eating habits as you transitioned to Keto?
I started by cutting out sugar and dairy for ten days. Then, I went full
keto after that. I no longer eat refined sugar! I enjoy lots of real food, including some fruits and vegetables.
What does your workout routine consist of?
I dance in my basement.
How often do you workout?
I work out for 60-90 minutes, 3-4 times a week.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Eating fat doesn’t make you fat. Sugar makes you fat.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Figure what works for YOU. Don’t conform. BE TRANSFORMED by renewing your mind!
