Today’s Feature: Taneka lost 62 pounds going from a size 16 to a size 4.
She says,
“I lost loss weight by eating clean. No beef or pork , low carb intake, and lots of water. No juice or soda nothing but water and green tea. I workout 5-7 days a week at home, bike riding, and about a month ago I started hula hooping. I love it. I have been on my journey for almost 3 years in March. I wanted to take it slow, so i wouldn’t have any sagging skin and its working so far. I have gone from 220 to 158 size 16 to size 4. I’m trying to get to my goal weight, which is 130 size 2. I’m almost there and i wont stop until i get there!!!!! Work hard play hard!”

Yes. I was and still am heavy chested. Ure breast will go down as will every part of your body but it will do so in proportion so you will not lose it all and you will still be heavy chested

Congrats Taneka!!! I have been struggling with my weight for the last two years. It’s have been up and down. Just reading the different stories has encourage me to do better. It took me to get sick and have my gallbladder remove to make a difference in my life. Right now I weigh 195lbs and I hate it. After giving birth to my son in 2009 and then again in 2011 it’s been a battle to defeat. Now I’m more determine than ever to lose 50lbs by February. My first step was clean eating and working out. I just join a gym so wish me luck!!!

Hi everyone thank you all so mich for you kind words i am going to attempt to answer all your questions the hula hoop is a weighted fitness hula hoop,if you lose weight your breast will go down i use to be a 44DD THEY WENT DOWN A LOT, The way i stopped the sagging skin was by loseing weight slowly and in the beginning of my journey i did a lot of weight training so that could have helped as well. Congratulations to you all who have lost weight and good luck to the ones that are trying keep up the good work.
