Scola’s transformation story
Scola was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2015 and spent years struggling with the symptoms, which included weight gain. This year, she turned things around by creating her own meal plan, tracking macros and calories, and working out four times a week. She’s lost about 20 pounds, and she’s very proud of her results.
