Gigi lost 61 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Gigi lost 61 pounds after years of trying. She decided to change her lifestyle to get ready for boot camp after being approached by a military recruiter. She reduced her carb intake, practiced intermittent fasting and gave her all to making lasting changes.

Transformation of the Day: Tosha lost 42 pounds. After she began taking medication for migraines, she experienced weight gain, and she had to buy new clothes. This motivated her to join a local boot camp and start her transformation journey. Although she’s faced some challenges along the way, she refused to give up.

Before she started her journey, she dealt with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and swelling in her feet and ankles. Now, she is training to do her first bodybuilding competition at 51 years old.
