Transformation of the Day: Nikki lost 92 pounds. She promised herself that she would lose 40 pounds by her 40th Birthday. She reached that goal and kept going. Adopting the ketogenic lifestyle and being more active worked for her.

After separation and divorce, the death of her mother several months later, and learning to navigate life on her own, her weight and confidence suffered. In March 2020, she decided it was time to take action. She figured out what eating habits work for her and developed a newfound love for fitness.

Transformation of the Day: Kierra lost 28 pounds and sculpted her body with weight training, HIIT workouts, and whole food. On her journey, she realized that restrictive eating habits don’t work for her, so she applied the 80/20 rule for balance, eating clean 80% of the time.

Rachel lost 109 pounds. She wanted to set a healthy example for her daughter, who was experiencing weight gain. By switching to a keto lifestyle and practicing intermittent fasting, she has released the weight.

Transformation of the Day: Tiffany lost 81 pounds. She has suffered from depression for a long time. After having gastric sleeve surgery and changing her lifestyle, she noticed that her mental health improved along with her physical health. That motivated her to stay the course and not give up.

After this experience, this Delta Sigma Theta soror became committed to living a healthy, active lifestyle. By making fitness a priority, eating right for her blood type, and being accountable, she is thriving.

Imani lost 60 pounds. After giving birth, her energy levels were super low, and she had no time for working out while caring for a newborn. She decided to start her journey by meal prepping and improving her eating habits. Eventually, she added exercise to the mix and continued to push toward her goals.
