U look gd. So u used the 21day sugar detox with exercise n eating healthy? So how long did it take to lose the weight?

Thanks guys. I am on a low carb high protein diet. I did a 14day detox diet where i eliminated all forms of sugar. It worked but it was very painful. I go to the gym 6days a week for at least an hour at a time. My next goal is competing in a 5/10 km race. Wish me the best please.
