Transformation of the Day: Stacee lost 100 pounds. As she took action to change her lifestyle, she fell in love with how her body changed and how her health improved. Adopting healthy eating habits and exercising regularly has really paid off for her. Check out her journey.
What was your motivation?
I was motivated because of health issues. As I continued to workout, I fell in love with the changes my body were making, and how my health gradually started getting better.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits one day at a time! I stopped eating out as much and stopped eating processed foods. I started eating more protein and veggies. I also started drinking more water and no sugary drinks. I was introduced to Herbalife, and I became a distributor and user of the
products. Now, I’ve started on my Keto journey!
What did your workout routine look like?
My workout routines consist of working out 5 times a week. I mostly do weight training with some cardio mixed in as well. I also do Herbalife workouts, and utilize some of the classes offered at my gym.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 290 pounds. My current weight is 190 pounds. My goals weight is 145-150 pounds. I’m 5’5″.
How long did your transformation take?
My weight loss journey started in December 2015. It took me a year to lose 100 pounds and now my focus is on toning and dropping a few more pounds. Weight loss surgery was not apart of my journey, but I did get a tummy tuck back in December 2016.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that no matter what stage you are at on your weight loss journey, you have to LOVE YOURSELF!
What advice would you share with people who want to release the weight?
Don’t get discouraged, especially when you don’t see the scale moving. Stay consistent, keep pushing everyday and trust the process. Most importantly, NEVER give up! Take it one day at a time!

Wow!! U look absolutely AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing your inspiring story. I’ve struggled with my weight basically ALL of my adult life. Like most people, I’ve had significant weight loss many times only to regain it back each time. There are 2 things I must conquer in order to make this a permanent lifestyle. I must discontinue being an emotional eater and learn to manage my life without using food as a coping mechanism. Also, I truly need to learn to love myself regardless of my weight. I desperately need to “Let Go and Let God” in every area of my life. Thanks again for sharing your story. Keep up the great work!
