I had gastric sleeve surgery in March 2021.
How did you change your eating habits?

I mostly do weight training and sometimes Zumba.

I work out four days a week with a trainer.

I began in November 2020 and started seeing a difference around March 2021.

Discipline and that I could do what I never thought I could.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Stay consistent, write down your goal, start small so it’s not overwhelming, and stay away from the scale because it can/will trick you.
