What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My son. He inspires me because I want him to be happy and healthy, so I have to lead by example.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started by strictly doing Keto. I have a sugar addiction and Keto has helped me control how much I eat and control my sugar addiction. I follow a low carb plan.
What did your workout routine consist of?
Cardio and Insanity Max 30. I work out 3-4 days a week
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 260 pounds. My heaviest weight was 274 pounds, and my current weight is 200 pounds.

5’7″
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey in October 2018. My transformation took about four months.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No surgery to date, but I do have loose skin so I may have a tummy tuck in the future.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
I have to love my body during the process of trying to lose weight. It makes the journey easier.
What advice do you have for people who want to lose weight?
Never give up, even if you go off your diet plan or skip a few days in the gym.
