Age: 47
Height: 5’8″
Starting Weight: 177.4 pounds
Current Weight: 159 pounds
Weight loss: 18.4lbs
What was your motivation?
I didn’t want to be unhealthy when I turned 50, and I wanted to look how I did when I was 28, thin.
What inspired you to start your weight loss journey? I have been watching Fitness on Fire on Instagram since 2019 and wanted to be slimmer on my Hawaiian vacation.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started to meal prep and started with my favorite foods but altered them to be healthier. I followed the regimen given to me by the Nutritionist of the Fitness on Fire Online Training Program. As a result, I stopped eating chocolate bars, cookies, and ice cream.
Tell us about your workout routine.
I go to the gym almost every weekday morning before work. On the weekends, I go when I can. (I work out at least 5-6 times per week) I followed the easy, and I mean easy, workout regimen given to me by my online trainer, “King of the Fire” of the Fitness on Fire Online Training Program. It was easy to fit into my schedule.
How long did your transformation take?
I have been in the program for two months and two weeks. I first noticed a change in my body about two weeks after I started. I looked in the mirror, and my face looked slimmer.
What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
Follow the meal plan and the workout. It works. Slowly but surely. The Fitness on Fire program works because I can eat ice cream after dinner, but it is low-fat/low-sugar. I also get to eat six times daily, so I don’t feel like I’m starving.
I get to pick my snacks and meals, and there’s a lot to choose from. I’m eating normal food, not just salads but in the correct portion sizes. I love the accountability for what I’m eating. I get to eat beans, rice, and even potatoes (red), so I don’t feel deprived.
