I’m excited to share a little about my journey with you. I’ve experienced a transformation that has truly changed my life. I’ve lost 100 pounds (no surgery). I was 240 pounds, I now weigh 140 pounds (height: 5’5″), and it feels surreal to say that out loud!
This journey wasn’t just about shedding weight. It was about rediscovering myself, understanding the balance of nutrition, and embracing a lifestyle that promotes well-being. It involved a lot of learning, patience, and self-love. It took me about one year to lose the weight.
My path wasn’t easy, but it was incredibly rewarding. I developed a routine that worked wonders for me, combining effective fitness strategies with a nutrition plan that was not just healthy but also enjoyable and sustainable.
I achieved my goal through a balanced blend of HIIT workouts, strength training, and mindful eating, focusing on whole foods. This combination not only helped in shedding pounds, but also in building a stronger, healthier me.
I feel more energized, confident, and happier than ever before. It’s amazing how the right guidance and support can make such a big difference.
The advice I would give is to keep pushing yourself even when challenges arise and think about the end-goal… positive mindset is the key! If my story resonates with any of you, or if you’re curious about the methods I used and want to create your own success story, feel free to reach out. I’d love to share more insights and maybe even guide you on your journey. (My social media is Shanay Alexis on Facebook.)
Remember, we’re all in this together, and I believe each one of us has the power to achieve our health and fitness goals!
