What was your motivation? What inspired you when you wanted to give up?
My motivation was to be fit and have a flat stomach I wanted a better version of myself. However, after becoming serious and losing weight, I realized that I wanted more than just losing weight.
What motivates me when I want to give up is remembering that if I hadn’t made the decision to start, I wouldn’t have lost weight. So I have to continue to see tomorrow’s results.
How did you change your eating habits? What foods did you stop or start eating? Let us know if you used a specific plan or program.

What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you workout?
I needed to burn calories, so I found a program: Insanity by Shaun T. I worked out six days a week. I was just doing HIIT cardio. Then, I started training at the gym while continuing to do 1 or 2 classes of Insanity at home. Now, I do strength training and lift weights at the gym.

My starting weight was 229 pounds (104 KG), and my current weight is 154 pounds.
What is your height?
I am 5’4″.

I started my journey in 2015. My transformation took two years. However, I’ve been on my fitness journey for five years now. I am currently transforming my body to achieve my body goal.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No, weight loss surgery was not apart of my weight loss journey.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that your diet is as important as exercise. Also, if you want to achieve your weight loss goal, you need a healthy lifestyle.
What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
You’ll never get to where you could go if you don’t start. Make that change because nobody can do it for you. If you don’t see results, keep pushing because consistency is the key.
