How have you maintained your weight loss and continued to lose weight?
I continue to go to the gym 4-6 times a week. I also stay on track with healthy meals, meal prep, and drink plenty of water while following the structure of the Fitness on Fire Online Training Program. It’s truly an easy program to follow and incorporate into your lifestyle.
What obstacles, hurdles, or setbacks have you faced during your journey, and how did you get back on track?
During this journey, I’ve faced the death of my grandmother, having to take care of my son due to injuries from a car accident, and weekly travel for work. Yet, through it all, I take care of what I need to, maintain my focus, and keep my end goals in mind.
What has worked in terms of eating habits, and what worked in terms of exercise?
I’ve developed a routine and aim to stick to the schedule. I get to eat the food I like to eat. I feel better when I work out and enjoy seeing the calories that I burn.
Being monitored daily by my online nutritionist makes it easier to make the best choices. I have guidance and a structure to follow.
What lessons have you learned on this journey? What stands out the most?
Consistency is a must. If you fall off the track, get back up and get back on the routine. Results will come. Just be patient.
At this point, would you offer any new or different advice to others who want to lose weight?
Take care of yourself, put yourself first, and just do it. Believe in yourself cause you can do it.
Also, get a team that will support you, guide you, and provide a structure you can follow and succeed with daily. That’s what the Fitness on Fire Online Training program has done for me.
This program has been a life changer. It has improved my health, increased my fitness, and helped me achieve my goals. The accountability keeps me on track. I’ve tried other programs and didn’t get the results I wanted. This program is based on the individual. It’s more personalized, and you’re not just a number.
This program is a confidence booster. It has allowed me to believe anything is possible regardless of age. Follow the process, and you will see results that will last a lifetime!
