Roxie lost 35 pounds. Her fiancé decided to commit to a 90 Day Transformation and she decided to join him. They’ve lost 90 pounds combined. She’s gone from fast food to home cooked meals and embraced regular workouts. Check out more info on how she did it.
Three months ago (and maybe a little before that), I didn’t like how any of my clothes fit. Overall, I didn’t like the the way my entire body looked. I didn’t recognize the person in mirror anymore. I was tired of being negative and unmotivated. I didn’t feel like the proud woman that I am today. So, when my fiancé said he was going to start his 90 Day Transformation, I went along with him. I’ve officially lost 35 Pounds and Counting! (height: 5’4″)
How did you change your eating habits?
My eating habits changed from always eating fast food and deserts to eating a lot home cooked meals healthy meals. I ate chicken breast, fish, vegetables, fruit and drank a lot of water.
What was your workout routine?
My workout routine was to do cardio and ab exercises. I rotated each day with weight lifting, focusing on the upper/lower body. I worked out 5 to 6 days a week. It just depended on how my body felt. My rest day was always on Sunday.
How long did your journey take?
I began on September 28th, 2016 and started a 90 Day Transformation!
What advice would you give to other people who want to lose weight?
The best advice I could give is to find ways to enjoy the process everyday. It isn’t going to be easy but you can appreciate the journey and all of the hard work that you’re putting in!
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Biggest lesson I’ve learned is to “Trust The Process”. It’s not going happen overnight, but if you stay consistent and committed you can turn your dreams into a reality.
