Another Zumba success story! Renate lost 41 pounds. She says:

I know exactly how you feel I’m as bad as I used to be cause i cut down soda and ice cream and other sweets and started drinking more water and less juice as well. Its hard cause I have been eating see sweets forever but learning different protein shakes would definitely help me. Another exercise that great is called “Arabic belly dance”. Its smooth and it relaxes your mind and muscles. Plus they have other times of belly dancing on YouTube but its a lot more in exercise mode but as you get into it believe me you will love it
