When did you start your journey?
I started my weight loss journey late January 2018.
What was your motivation?
I was motivated to lose weight just because I’d gained weight. I got married in June 2018. Since then, I’ve decided to stay on a healthy path.
How did you change your eating habits?
In February 2018, I changed my diet to vegan. Being vegan is the hardest thing I ever done, but it has also been the most rewarding. Mentally and physically, I feel great.
What does your workout routine look like?
These days I’m very active, I workout 5 days a week. My workout routine includes, hiking& cardio. If I’m not hiking most of my workout is done at home.
What was your current weight? What is your starting weight?
My starting weight was 221 pounds and my current weight is 174 pounds. My height is 5 feet, 9 inches tall.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I learned is to be conscious of what I put in my body. I try to make healthy meal choices and to stay active.
What advice would you like to share with with people who want to release ther weight?
Start by making small changes to your diet. Ce consistent and disciplined. Workout and be patient because weight loss takes time.
