Since 2015, I did gain 12 pounds back, but have lost 6 of those pounds. I currently weigh 200 lbs right now. I still have the goal of reaching 185 pounds… 15 more pounds to go. It looks as if I will reach my goal by the end of January or sometime in February. What got me back on track was a fitness group full of ladies like me. We have one common goal: to be fit amd fab. Their motivation is mine. It’s through us sharing our struggles that we are able to keep going.

Hi, I would like to update my weight loss progress. When I was at my highest weight, I was 303 pounds. Today, I’m at 203 pounds after 21 months. I’ve lost 100 lbs! My motivation was to be healthy for my son. Now, I want to go into under privileged communities and help people with exercise and healthy eating. What I did to lose the additional pounds was run on the treadmill at least 5 to 6 days a week. I also did ab workouts 3 days a week, weights 3 days a week and yoga on Sundays. I learned how to eat until satisfied not until I am stuffed. I also learned how to watch what I ate and cut back on breads. I drank apple cider vinegar and made sure I drank at least 80 oz of water a day. I had setbacks but I kept pushing. The shows “Biggest Loser” and “My 600 lb Life” kept me on track.
