What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
Looking great and fitting into clothes has always been my motivation. Anytime I wanted to give up, I remembered that I don’t want to go back to where I started.
How did you change your eating habits?
The low carb/Keto diet has been good to me (I’m not new to Keto.) It’s a lifestyle now.
What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
I’m too lazy to add exercise to my routine at the moment.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
I started at 210 pounds. I currently weigh 149 pounds. My goal weight is between 135 pounds – 140 pounds.

I’m only 5’2″.
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I began my journey in April 2020 after eating all the carbs there were, lol.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
My biggest lesson: NEVER GIVE UP!
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Just start. If you fall off course, start all over again. Every day is a new day and a new beginning.
