How did you change your eating habits?
I began a diet that was gluten, dairy, sugar, and soy-free. I have not looked back. I noticed how the food I was accustomed to eating before didn’t make me feel my best. Now, I stick to my new way of eating 80% of the time.
What is your workout routine?
My workout routine consists of 70% cardio/HIIT and 30% weight lifting. I work out 5-6 days a week.

My starting weight was 253 pounds. My current weight is 219 pounds and counting. My goal is to lose 50 pounds.
What is your height?
I am 5’9″.
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey on May 4, 2020. I lost 20 pounds in the first month. My transformation took about three months.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No. I haven’t had any weight loss procedures.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
The advice that I have for women would be that CONSISTENCY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Also, what you’re eating and how much is very important. I eliminated gluten, soy, and dairy from my diet. If you stay consistent, you will undoubtedly get results.
