Delia,
I’m in the same boat. I’m 35 years old, 5’4 and 192lbs. I feel tired all the time. Do you know of anything that I can do to get a jump start on the weight loss? I need something to help me loose the first 5-10lbs, so that I can be motivated.

Hi catrina. My name is Delia I am 42 years old I weigh 194lbs and I am 5’4″. 4 months ago I weighed 210 lbs and was constantly tired. At my age I thought it was going to be hard to loose weight. I got a personal trainer for 6 months and the advice I can give you is do 2 days a week cardio with weights it does not have to be a lot like 5lbs. The other days just regular cardio. Cut out all carbs. If it is hard at first cut out half. The secret is lifting weights it turns fat into muscle. It worked for me. I have gained 8lbs of muscle but lost 8lbs of body fat. The best thing in this world is to loose body fat. Don’t listen to the scale.

However, I’m 5’11 and weigh a 243. Do you have any past stories of females my height and starting weight of 243 or close to it? If so, can you send them to me. I can follow a story that relates more to me.

Thanks,
KR
