Today’s weight loss success story: Lloydia lost over 80 pounds. She shared how she lost the weight:
“I’ve lost over 80 pound by working out and eating right. I weighed 290 pounds and now I weigh 196 pounds. I started off by walking twice a day, 4 miles in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. I cut my eating habits in half. Whatever I would normally eat for dinner I cut it in half and had it for lunch and dinner instead. In the morning, I only ate a piece of fruit and a protein bar or a egg white with spinach. After walking twice a day, I went to the gym for weight lifting.”

You have motivated me to get started. Otherwise, nothing will change. I have gone through the stages of buying things on TV and stores, and tend to stop after two weeks. I can do more with discipline and setting goals as if I would for another person.
