Transformation of the Day: Lita lost 69 pounds with a high protein, low carb diet. She’s learned to keep going and stay focused, despite the ups and downs that everyone experiences on this journey. Check out how she released the weight.
My name is Lita I lost 69 pounds on a high protein and low carb diets. I stopped drinking, cut out sugar and got in the gym. I started at 237 pounds, now I weigh 168 pounds, and I’m still working. My height is 5’5″.
When did you start your journey?
I started in November of 2017. The more results I saw, the more motivated I became. Even when I failed, I got right back up. I’m still a work in progress and working on reaching my goals.
What was your motivation?
As a person who loves fashion and style, I started to hate getting dressed. I got to the point where yoga pants were all I felt comfortable wearing. I set a 90 Day goal and exceeded my own expectations during that time frame, which motivated me even more! During the first 90 Days, I was down 30 pounds.
How did you change your eating habits?
I cut out soda, bread, pasta, white rice and (my favorite) potatoes. I eat a lot of chicken and grilled fish I also have a green veggie with every meal
What did your workout routine look like?
I work out 3 days a week. In the beginning, I only did cardio. Later on, I fell in love with weight training.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I think the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that even when I fall off course I have to keep going… even if it means starting over everyday or at every meal.

I weigh the same as you. I’m 5’4” and I feel dumpy all the time. I just start low carb a few days ago. So far so good. She looks great and we will too!!
