Let’s show some BWLW love to La’wonda who has lost 50 pounds. She said, “The pictures on the end were taken last December! I’ve lost a total of 50lbs since February. I use the myfitness pal app to monitor my calorie intake. I exercise at least 6 days a week and increased my water intake. I’m still working to try to lose another 25lbs. I stopped drinking sodas, increased my water intake and I would work out at least 6 days a week for no less than an hour. I also used myfitnesspal app to monitor my calories intake!”
