Transformation of the Day: Lava lost 110 pounds. For this Rail Operator and proud mom, her daughter is all the motivation she needs to live a healthy life. By cutting out unhealthy food and walking daily on a local track, she has achieved great results.
What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going when you wanted to give up?
My daughter is my motivation and my inspiration.

I power walked or jogged on the local track field at St. Joseph’s University, doing five laps a day. I do 100 crunches with my legs in the air (crisscrossed) before I get out of bed in the morning. I also do 100 crunches at night before going to sleep.
How often did you workout?
Every day
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
