Ladies, Im having the most difficult time getting motivated… I know its stress and maybe even a touch of depression. How can i get focused and STAY focused on my goals??? I cant seem to stay away from chocolate (before you say try dark chocolate, I have and I HATE it). I feel like I NEED sugar! and I feel instantly guilty upon consumption. I have no energy to exercise once I get home from working my sedentary job.
What can I do???!!! I try to make better food choices but Im not getting anywhere with my goals. I was hoping to see some significant results by next summer. HELP!!!!!!!
