Keisha lost 28 pounds. At the beginning of the year, she returned to the keto lifestyle after nursing her twins. She also joined an outdoor boot camp that consists of calisthenics, cardio, HIIT, strength and cross training. Check out her progress.
Keto has always been life changing for me. I lost 90 pounds in 14 months about five years ago and kept it off. When I got pregnant in March 2017, with twins, I had to modify keto while pregnant, but it was still extremely beneficial. I carried my twin girls to term and gave birth to healthy babies.
Fast forward to after a year of nursing; I was finally able to get back to strict keto (since I am not nursing any longer) starting on January 1, 2019. My progress from January 1st to January 31st: 24.1 pounds lost and MANY inches. Keto is a lifestyle, and it works. I am excited to see what another month brings.
How did you change your eating habits?
My eating habits changed when I began viewing food as fuel first, and then for enjoyment. Healthy foods can be very delicious. I make sure each meal is nutritious as well as delicious.

Currently, I am training with Camp Gladiator; which is an outdoor boot camp that consists of calisthenics, cardio, HIIT, strength and cross training. I work out 5-6 days a week.

What advice would you share with women who want to lose weight?
My advice to those who are looking to lose weight: Find the reason why, and keep reminding yourself of that reason. Times may be tough, but each day is another step closer to your goal. Weight loss is an exciting journey, and you can change others lives by being dedicated.
