Kayla lost 43 pounds. She struggled with post-partum depression, so she decided to take steps to get healthier, both physically and mentally. She got results with portion control, intermittent fasting, and lots of exercise.

What was your motivation?
I was struggling with post-partum depression. My motivation was my mental health and the care of my daughter.
What inspired you to keep going when you wanted to give up?
I reflected on where I used to be physically and mentally. I realized that it was a place I don’t want to return to.
How did you change your eating habits?
I used portion control and intermittent fasting.
What foods did you stop or start eating?
I cut out bread and starch heavy foods.
What did your workout routine consist of?
YouTube workout videos and the X28 Fitness Challenge
How often did you workout?
Five days a week. I did light exercises on my rest days.

My starting weight was 225 pounds, and my current weight is 182 pounds.

June 02, 2019. My transformation took one year.
