Kanisha lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks. This mom of two followed an online weight loss program and got great results. Eating 5 small meals a day, exercising regularly and changing her mindset was the perfect combination. She is just getting started.
Hi, my name is Kanisha and I’ve lost 25 pounds. I lost the weight through prayer, focus and using Terry Stark’s transformation program. My motivation was my 2 babies, my husband and Terry’s daily motivational emails. When I wanted to give up, I would think about my babies living life without me.
I changed my eating habits by eating 5 small meals a day. Those meals were part of my program from Terry. I stopped eating sweets and starchy foods. Instead, I started eating more proteins and veggies. For exercise, I would work out 30 mins a day. Gradually, I’ve been increasing the time to an hour a day.
I have so much energy now! My starting weight was 255 pounds and now I weigh 230 pounds. My height is 5’3″. My journey began 6 weeks ago.
My advice to anyone who is trying to lose weight is to pray for strength and understanding! Then, become consistent with your actions during your journey. It’s a mindset thing, so you have to stay focused!
