I have really enjoyed the challenges. Anything that gets you to thinking about health and how to make improvements is very much appreciated. Moving more.,eating better and getting more water. Also ways to reduce stress and increase sleep. Thank you and I look forward to your next challenge.

This is the challenge I’m coming up with for myself. Pick a piece of clothing I would like to look better in. It’s simple try on the clothing take pics from 3 different angles. Workout consistently for 30 days at least 5 days a week for 20 to 30 min. At the end of 30 days take the pictures again to see results. The Challenge could be Wear that Item???
