What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My motivation for losing weight was to become healthier and have a better quality of life. I was inspired to keep going by the small successes I saw during my journey. Every time I lost a pound or could do an exercise with more ease, I felt supported and encouraged to keep pushing forward.
I was inspired by my family’s support and the fact that I was setting an example of dedication and hard work for my children. I also reminded myself of the importance of consistency and that is okay to take small steps towards my goal. I knew that taking small, incremental steps was better than trying to do too much and getting overwhelmed.
I was also inspired by stories of people who had gone through similar journeys and achieved their goals. Reading about their struggles and successes gave me the courage to keep going, even when I wanted to give up.
Finally, I was motivated by the thought of feeling good about myself and having a healthier life. I wanted to move around more easily and have more energy. I knew that losing weight was the key to achieving those goals. All of these motivations and inspirations kept me going when I felt like giving up, and eventually, I was able to reach my goal.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits by cutting out unhealthy processed foods and focusing on eating fresh, nutrient-rich foods. I also started juicing and intermittent fasting (16:8) for weight loss by incorporating fresh fruits and vegetable juice into my diet. This helped me increase my dietary fiber intake while providing essential vitamins and minerals. Juicing also helped me to feel fuller for longer, which made it easier to stick to my diet and lose weight.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far about losing weight is that it requires consistency and dedication. It’s not a quick fix. It takes time, patience, and hard work. It’s also important to focus on making healthy lifestyle changes, such as eating nutritious foods and getting regular exercise, rather than relying on fad diets or other short term fixes.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
My advice for women who want to lose weight:
- Focus on being consistent and disciplined.
- Make sure to get enough sleep and stay hydrated.
- Make sure to set realistic goals for yourself and to be patient and consistent with your efforts.
