I started getting addicted to the gym. It was my peace. It was my way of life. The inspiration prompted me to write a guide, “How to prepare for weight loss surgery 10 step guide.“
How did you change your eating habits?
I drank protein shakes. I ate vegetables, chicken salads, soups, and chicken breast… that was it. I also ate smaller portions and was strict with my time frames. I did not eat after 7 pm.

What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
That it starts with your mindset. If you are not prepared mentally, it’s not going to work. Once you change your mind, you can conquer your goals no matter what it is.
