I love your site. I had a sleeve done, and have hit a plateau. I also am up pretty late at night, so I am always looking for a good crunchy and pleasing snack at 11 or 12 midnight. I also have arthritis and moving is difficulty, I need something to give me strength and adreneline to keep me going. Do you have any suggestions?
