Update 10/14: “I just want to say that I love your pages, on both Facebook and Instagram. I read those amazing women’s stories everyday. I wanted to give you an update of my progress. As I mentioned before, I started at 730 lbs. After weight loss surgery and a lot of hard work through exercise and diet, I am now 257 lbs. This has been a lifestyle change for me. It’s also a daily struggle, but I am determined to beat obesity. I want to encourage everyone one, whether they have to lose 15 pounds or 500 pounds it can be done with hard work and determination. If I can help and motivate just one person, I have done my job. I am living proof! Thanks again for all you do.”

I will pray for you. You need to try to eat clean and meditate. I also recommend the movie the secret or the book.I yoyo too but I am more determined than ever to get to 170lbs. At 6ft I would be very happy with that. One thing that helps is cutting out small stuff. Yes we know about white sugar and starches and oil but little stuff adds up too. Like BBQ sauce or “lite dressing” or cheese on something that you can do without, too many nuts or too much olive oil. Many healthy foods have a lot of calories like olive oil, regular yougurt, heck fruit is full of sugar so a glass of orange juice has many calories as pop! See a nutritionist and dietician and check out You tube exercise videos after checking in with a doctor for a physical. I hate exercise because it is physically uncomfortable but I like dancing and dance exercise! Just check out some of those videos online and do them alone. You did it before you can do it even better this time.
