How did you change your eating habits? I stopped eating everything I could. I ate out of boredom, emotionally, celebrating, etc. So I found other things, like hobbies and exercising, to keep me busy.
What foods did you stop or start eating? I cut out carbs, sugars, sweets, fried foods, and empty calories.
What is your workout routine? Cardio, dance, and weight training. I also walk 2 to 3 miles a morning and incorporate cardio and weights into my routine three times a week.
