Today’s featured success story: Deborah lost 20 pounds. She is a great example of why I tell people NOT to look down on their first 10, 20, or 30 pounds of weight loss. A few pounds can make a difference. Celebrate every pound released.
She says,
“I lost 20 pounds since march of 2012!!! Completely changed my eating habits, watching my portions sizes and working out to Zumba, p90x, walking and running!!!! I’m no where near done!! So much toning to do!!!! I’m just happy that I’m no where near where I use to be!”

How much do you weigh? I am 5’1 133lbs. I fluctuate between 130-140. I am trying to keep my weight between 125-135. It is very challening. I used to work out a lot but I also would end up very hungry and never losing weight. Now I work out less, eat less and tone more. This has helped stabilize my weight around 133.
I don’t need to lose alot of weight but 10 pounds would be awesome!
