For Day 24, I want to share 3 great green smoothies.
From happyhealthylonglife.com – “My 64 ounce smoothie–that lasts 2 days”
- 8 packed cups of organic kale
- 2 large organic carrots
- 1 very juicy orange (or a kiwi)
- 1 cup of berries (usually mixed–but I only had wild blueberries today)
- Occasonally I’ll also add 1/2 of a large Honey Crisp apple
- 3 cups of plain water–less if you want a thicker smoothie
Green Smoothie from Dr. Joel Fuhrman
- 3 ounces fresh organic baby spinach
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple cubes
- 3 kiwis
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
Goji Berry Green Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh apple juice
- 1 cup water
- A handful of goji berries (or 2 medjool dates)
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups spinach
- ground flax (ground chia makes my smoothies a little too airy)

was looking at the recipes and they all sound very good. Now how do i start on this diet and I need more information on the foods to eat. Need too lose!!!!
