Lemon Lime Berry Smoothie
- 1⁄2 cup frozen lime juice concentrate
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 3 ice cubes
Pineapple Berry Green Smoothie
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup of kale, cut into strips
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 frozen ripe banana, peeled and cut up
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate drink mix
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey

I had a smoothie today with kale, spinach, banana, blueberries and a little squeeze of agave nectar. YUM!!!
