Hi Ladies! For Day 19, I thought I’d share some recipes that you can make and enjoy with your children. Smoothies are a great way to get kids to eat more veggies. You can add carrots, broccoli, peas, oatmeal, tomatoes, spinach, kale, wheat germ, avocado, and other veggies and grains to smoothies to provide more veggies masked by the natural sweetness of fruits. Smoothies are a awesome treat for the whole family that you can feel good about giving them.
