I’m down a total of 7 pound (4 last week, 3 this week) and I’m so happy. I would have been happy to just have 7 pounds down for the whole month so this smoothie challenge is really working for me. I’ve found that I’m less winded when going up stairs and my size 14s are getting big. I can tell that my face is looking less puffy and I find myself craving smoothies. One of the best “Non-Scale” victories is that I haven’t had any desire for soda in 3 weeks. I’m loving life right now.

I am so happy for your weight loss! I too am down 7 lbs as of Friday 9/14. I am really enjoying the fact that the weight is coming off so fast and I don’t ever feel like I’m starving! I have also noticed that my clothes are getting a little looser and I actually look forward to my workout days! I am thinking about staying on this smoothie fast after the end of the month.

Hi congratulations on your weight lost. Are you having 2 or 3 shakes a day. Are you eating a meal and what do you have between meals?
