Hi my name is Chasity Nero from Richmond, Va. I went from 230 pounds to 180 pounds (height: 5’5″). I started my journey in February of last year.
What was your motivation? What inspired you?
I realized that I was 230 pounds and I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes (type 2).
How did you change your eating habits?
I did a low-carb lifestyle and started eating 5-6 small meals a day. I cut out a lot of carbs and a lot of dairy.
What did your workout routines look like?
I started cycling 7 days a week for 30 minutes a day
How long did your transformation take?
It’s been 11 months and I’m still going.
What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
Eat Low carb and have 5-6 small meals at day. It worked for me.
