Update Jan 2018: Charnece shared her transformation story with us about 2 years ago and she is still going strong. How has she kept the weight off?
I’m still going strong after 3 years! I drink a gallon of water a day, and I limit sodas and snacks. I also do squats and walk for exercise during the summer and fall.

I lost 84 pounds! I went from 254 pounds to 170 pounds! My height is 5’5″. I started my journey at the end of 2014! No weight loss surgery! My motivation is my four daughters and my Bae, Gemini KeepinitReal Turner, who has inspired me and let me know me that I can do it.
My eating habits changed just a little. I cut out bread, caffeine drinks, sweets and I added apple cider vinegar. I also started eating more fruits and vegetables! For exercise, I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, three times a day.
My advice for others would be: Never Give Up! It’s going to take some time, but it is Worth It! Good luck!
